About Jessica

Warmth, curiosity,
and deep respect

I'm a BACP-accredited psychotherapist with a background in relational and integrative approaches. My work is rooted in the belief that every person has an innate capacity for growth — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for change.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to you as an individual.

My approach

Therapy that meets you where you are

I draw on integrative, person-centred, and relational approaches — weaving together the techniques most suited to you, rather than following a rigid model.

At the heart of my work is the belief that the relationship between therapist and client is itself healing. You won't be analysed from a distance — we'll work together, in genuine dialogue.

01

A free 20-minute consultation

We start with a no-obligation call to talk about what brings you here and whether we feel like a good fit.

02

An initial assessment

Your first session is a chance to share your story. We explore your goals and begin to understand what you need from therapy.

03

Ongoing sessions, at your pace

We meet weekly or fortnightly, adjusting depth and focus as your needs evolve. Therapy ends when you're ready.

04

Flexibility built in

Sessions are available in person or online. I offer some early-morning and evening slots to work around your schedule.
